Where’s the Book Sinclair?

It seems Larry Sinclair is up to his old “ways” again, regarding his upcoming new book entitled When One Man Stands.   We’ve seen the delays play out before when Sinclair finally finished his first book Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder?

This latest book was promised advanced copy early delivery some time in June.  Sinclair also promised that the new book would be on the stands in Mid-September.  Now he claims it will be on the stands in October.

This scene played out before and all we can say is “oh no, here we go again!!”

The upcoming Book from Lawrence Sinclair, When One Man Stands which is set for a September 18, 2012 release has had its Advance Copy release originally set on or about June 18, 2012 pushed back one month.

I was going through some of my earlier posts here on Sinclair Watch and came across this one…

First the back story:

Sinclair had been visited by the United States Secret Service on January 28, 2010 because he had been faxing threats to the POTUS, FLOTUS, Rham Emanuel and others.  He had an initial visit from the Secret Service,  prior to the one in question and this was a second visit because the President Obama was speaking at a local College near Sinclair’s place of residence.

This is what Sinclair reported:

My Baby sitter has finally left after Obama shut his mouth in Tampa. While one Secret Service Agent sat outside my home all morning/afternoon, another one was in my mothers home waking up a 69 year old ill woman who has nothing to do with what I say or write.

When I read that this morning I was infuriated.

Once again I ask…

What did Madeline Dunham have to do with anything Obama said or wrote? JUSTIFY YOUR ACTIONS Sinclair:

I JUST SPOKE WITH SENATOR OBAMA’S SISTER

I just spoke with Maya, the half sister of Senator Barack Obama in an effort to speak with Madelyn Dunham.

While I would have liked to ask Maya some questions, I decided out of respect to her (you could hear in her voice that now was not the time) I left a message with Maya for her Grandmother, and I will contact Maya at a later time with my questions.

The first call was disconnected by accident, but was answered by a gentleman answering the phone “Dunham residence…”

Please keep in mind that Mrs. Madelyn Dunham, Barack Obama’s maternal grandmother was very ill at that time and died about a week or so later.  November 3, 2008.

Throughout this entire saga, Larry Sinclair has exhibited the tendency to only see perceived harm done to him but has never been able to recognize the harm he does to others.

I have to wonder if it’s stupidity, sociopathic behavior or BOTH!

But wait, there’s more.  

The folks over at The Regulator have published everything Sinclair did during and after Madelyn Dunham’s death.

He had heard rumors that Mrs. Dunham may have been murdered or died before the official story’s version.  So he decided to investigate the matter…

Sinclair decries the fact that the Secret Service was parked outside his mother’s house and disturbed the ill, 69 – year old, while bragging about doing something similar but more egregious.  It’s simply astounding.

I JUST SPOKE WITH SENATOR OBAMA’S SISTER

I just spoke with Maya, the half sister of Senator Barack Obama in an effort to speak with Madelyn Dunham.

Larry Sinclair’s Old Websites Show Threats He made Toward Opposition

Larry Sinclair is extremely thin-skinned when it comes to people who choose to shed light on the contradictions of his Barack Obama/Donald Young story.

The Regulator and prior to that, The Mitch & Nan Show blogs did not believe a word of Sinclair’s story. Death By 1000 Paper Cuts  was not buying Sinclair’s story as well.

The screen captured article below, which is captured from an old website that Sinclair had, shows an example of Sinclair’s rage against those of us who dared question his story, or show holes and contradictions in that story.

Sinclair actually makes up a story about the victim of this photo stealing identification info from him. Note how he calmly denies any malice to his post, then look below at the caption…

Sinclair has a habit of erasing his paper trail when he realizes that perhaps during a drug or alcohol stupor he did and said some pretty foul things about anyone who didn’t believe his story.  The problem is, on the internet, nothing is really “gone”.

While researching for this article and past articles as well, I’ve noticed that Sinclair tried to clean up those impulsive acts by closing down his second You Tube site.  (The first site was the site of his original You Tube video in which Sinclair boasts over a million hits.  He shut that down about a month after he created it.) He has shut down or was forced to shut down (by the site provider) many sites with some explosive posts that could indicate that Sinclair may just have some real emotional issues.

Also, another point of interest is that Sinclair lobbed many accusations against his adversaries who were blogging against him, but never showed any proof of anything he ever said about them.  Apparently he didn’t need to because at that time, he had many dozens of people who believed his every word, and no one else mattered.  His modus operandi was to slander, threaten and intimidate.  He would always threaten to sue everyone as well.

His anger and diatribes were not limited to You Tube, he wrote explosive posts, as mentioned above.  Sent what appeared to be bullet ridden photos of the POTUS and FLOTUS to the White House via fax, which ultimately got him a visit from the United States Secret Service

I, for one, most certainly did not escape his wrath.

I haven’t used this feature in a while but I ran across something on The Regulator  that simply blew me away.

I wish had the ability to keep it short and simple while writing these posts.  I tend to be wordy as my previous post demonstrates.  

However, my friend and fellow “Regulator” Gilligan wrote the following post regarding Larry Sinclair’s latest posts.  

Enter…Gilligan with the best synopsis ever…of Larry Sinclair’s latest claims:

Okay, I’ve been trying dissect some of Larrdo’s bullshit.

For weeks before he gobbled the tic tacs, he was in some pissing match with one of his investors. Knowing Fatso, he pulled every trick to get the investor back into the fold, but he got fed up and decided that it’d be a really bright idea to tape himself gobbling handfuls of tic tacs, washing them down with a sippy cup or something, all the while taping himself. Before the tic tacs take hold, he’s able to post a suicide note and his suicide tape to viddler, and 10 minutes after he posts the video, he/Moma is hitting up people for money for his funeral and other bullshit.

For some reason, the Secret Service gets involved, but–as they usually do–show up with local cops. I can only imagine Larrdo getting a knock on his motel door, Larrd quickly making out his cig and taking a last chug of Pepsi, then dramatically posing himself, faux unconscious on the bed. The cops get a pass key and come in. They call a rescue squad. Larrd is hauled off to a hospital (on the US taxpayer’s dime) whereupon they pump FatBoy’s stomach, sucking out semi-digested 8-10 trips to a local buffet (including 1 1/2 to 3 lbs of jalapeno and serrano peppers), some aged semen and two boxes of Cheez-its, all layered with an unusualy minty fresh scent. They toss his ass in ICR until the results of his tests come back & they realize the dumbass faked his suicide. He starts babbling about the Obamas, Axelrod, Emanuel, the obots, Donald Young and other shit and they realize he really is nuts, so he’s off for a 72 hour hold.

At the end of the 72 hour old, with Larrd still shrieking and screaming, they decide that it was a fake suicide, yeah, but he is looney tunes, so they they do an involuntary commitment because he’s a danger to himself and others (oh, like the Obamas), and he’s off to a state mental hospital for a short stay, until they can drug him enough to make him sound almost sane (and he remembers how to play the game to get himself out of the mental hospital).

And now he’s pissed at cops and courts because he was so fucking stupid to video himself committing suicide by tic tacs and posting it to the internet.

I bet he’s going to threaten to sue them, but he won’t, mostly because I’d just love to see all the hospital records, the psych evaluation, his meds, and the charts.

SUE, LARRY SUE!!

Manufactured “Claims” From A Certified Con

This post from Larry Sinclair’s Blog is interesting on so many levels:

While seeking the release of reports and records from State and County agencies involved in the September 2010 attempted suicide of Larry Sinclair, we have been met with an unusual situation.

First of all Sinclair’s use of third person pronouns in my opinion, is rather strange and a little bit nuts.  Most people who have followed Sinclair’s drama from day one know how he writes.  There are syntaxes and nuances that are strictly Sinclair’s style and masking that style using third person writing cannot hide those nuances. 

For some time now I’ve noticed  that whether he’s writing a post on his blog or preparing an affidavit, I couldn’t help but notice that Sinclair has the writing style of law enforcement agents.  I guess those decades of incarceration has something to do with that.

The Courts involved in the hearing to commit Larry against his will claims they have no records of the hearing, no recordings or court reporters notes of the hearing, no affidavits or anything else. In fact the Court records, according to the clerk simply contains an ORDER and a discharge order.

Virginia Code Statute: 
§ 17.1-209. Preservation of papers in clerk’s office.
All papers lawfully returned to, or filed in, the clerk’s office shall be preserved therein until legally delivered out, and shall not be destroyed, even if reproduced electronically, except as provided for in § 17.1-213 or as otherwise permitted by law.
(Code 1919, § 3386, § 17-44; 1998, c. 872; 2008, cc. 53, 142.)

 (Looks to me like no hearing ever took place.)

On one hand Sinclair proudly tells his supporters that the United States Secret Service found him, then later tells a commenter on his blog that local law enforcement personnel found him.   In either case, there would be a paper trail a mile long due to the unending beauracracy of municipal, state and federal agencies.  One has to conclude that there was no suicide attempt. 

That the video was scam to either get money from sympathetic followers; scare someone who had threatened legal action against him regarding Sinclair Publishing “share holders” or there was some other threat or pressure that made him do what he does best…CON PEOPLE.  The suicide tape was such a fake that a nine year old could figure that out. 

The fact that his family played along with him on their FaceBook pages made the event more suspect.   The shrewd folks over at The Regulator knew they were lying about Sinclair’s “suicide attempt” almost immediately.  As a result of The Regulator folks catching on to their scam,  Larry’s family members who spoke about it on their FB sites immediately disabled viewing from everyone but friends and family. 

I guess they were embarrased to see how they were screwing up with their statements and no doubt Sinclair demanded them to shut down from public view.  That was a hilarious episode in The Life and Times of Larry Sinclair’s Internet Cons.

Even more incredible to us is the County Law Enforcement agency which responded to the scene and entered Larry’s hotel room based on “probable cause” state they have no Police Reports of any kind in their records that they even responded to the scene, much less that one of their deputies spent hours on over-time in awaiting the Court hearing held in the Hospital.

Now Larry Sinclair would have the reasonable reader (not his “sicko-phants”, they believe anything he says) believe that the police reports have totally disappeared.

Most states have their own way of handling hospital psych cases, but generally speaking, a suicide attempt (if proven through preliminary toxicology tests) do not have to wait for a court hearing to be admitted to their own psych ward or a private psychiatric facility.  The usual protocol is that if the person has proven to be a danger to himself or others, the state automatically becomes the custodian of that person and assigns him to a psych hospital or ward for 72 hours.

At any rate, Sinclairs claims appear to be bogus.  He is trying to set up another grand conspiracy in which the local police, maybe the USSS, the local hospital and God only knows who else, has mysteriously “lost” all the proof that shows he tried to commit suicide!  Could it be that the reason they have no record is because NONE EXISTS?

We are mailing out the signed Release Authorizations next week to obtain the Hospital records, including all chart entries etc… in order to ensure that we have represented all the facts of the incident correctly in Larry’s upcoming 2012 Book When One Man Stands. We are also mailing out certified letters to the State and County agencies involved to explain why they claim they have no reports or records of taking Larry into their custody.

So now he worries about representing “the facts” when he could care less about facts in his first book!   Facts were NOT AN OPTION!  I see Siunclair is once again doing his smoke and mirrors routine.  He tells his “sicko-phants” that he is trying to obtain a, b and c and then a few weeks or months later he’ll claim he could not get the records.  Wash. Rinse. Repeat! (H/t Meesh and Borat)

These claims by County Prosecutors, Sheriff’s Departments, local Police Departments, Court Clerks Offices are troubling. Especially the claims by the Sheriff’s Department considering the Sheriff himself asked Hospital Administrators to over rule a Doctor and allow him to transport Larry to a facility some four hours outside his county, which doctor’s said Larry could not make at the time. We have prepared an extensive list of questions to present to this Sheriff for him to respond to for inclusion in the book When One Man Stands.

Blah…Blah…Blah.  Same chit, different day.
